How To Book

Booking any of our packages is easy! When you book, we will ask for 50%, with the remainder of the balance to be paid seven days before your booking.

We accept cash, cheques and card payments over the phone. Simply call on 01502 478 081 to book.

For a special treat, we also offer gift vouchers, starting at £20, that are valid for a year.

Cancellation & Refund policy

If Gardening Solutions has to cancel a booking due to circumstances beyond our control, then a full refund will be given.

If a client has to cancel a confirmed booking (deposit paid) the following will apply :-

1. Cancellation more than 28 days before booked date - a full refund.
2. If a cancellation is made between 28- 7 days before the booked date, a £30 charge will be made, and the rest of the deposit returned.
3. If cancellation occurs 7 days or less before booked date the deposit will not be returned unless an alternative booking is found. If an alternative booking is found, a £20 charge will be levied.
