Can we have more than four people?
Yes! But you will need to create your own package, as the cost will depend on the size of the group and the nature of your activities, so please contact us.
Is lunch compulsory?
No, but it is a nice way to reflect on a mornings work, discuss your garden in more detail with Ric and give yourself a tasty booster for the afternoon ahead! We are happy to tailor our packages, so if you would like to modify any of the details, then please contact us. We don't mind whether we supply the lunch or you do!
What subjects can we cover?
Anything to do with gardening! As a longstanding professional, Ric is happy to tackle any garden and gardeners, from the basic to the highly advanced!
What time do the sessions start and finish?
The sessions start at 9am and finish at 4:30pm. We do appreciate that other commitments may mean these times are not suitable, and are happy to work within your requirements.
Can we have our day experience at the weekend?
Yes of course! We can come out for your day experience at any point of the week.
What happens if it is raining on the day?
Hopefully your day will be rain free! But if the forecast looks like rain, then Ric will call to discuss this, and see if you wish another date to be set.
Do I need any special tools or equipment?
No, the idea is you use what you have! Ric will bring a range of tools, and will make suggestions on equipment you could get to make the job easier.
What does a typical day include?
The days are designed to meet your specific needs, so it is up to you! A suggested format includes;
Morning – a general discussion of your garden, followed by a practical session getting to grips with some essential tasks suitable to the general care. Then lunch.
Afternoon – Specific gardening tips and activities to your garden, and a general overview of refined care.
Do I need any previous knowledge or experience of gardening?
The sessions are tailored to your experience, so whether you are a keen gardener or nervous novice, Ric will provide you with the level of expertise you and your garden require!
